Spay/Neuter Assistance

PET OWNERS IN BOONE, CLAY, LINCOLN, LOGAN AND PUTNAM COUNTIES

Through a generous grant from the WV Department of Agriculture’s WVSNP and matching funds from New Hope Animal Rescue, New Hope is offering to spay or neuter pets and feral/community cats. This program is being offered in Putnam, Clay, Lincoln, Logan, Boone and Kanawha counties and will be available until funds are depleted.

Applicants will receive a voucher to take to their selected veterinary facility.

We are so grateful to the WV Department of Agriculture WVSNP and the wonderful veterinarians for helping us help animals, and people, in our state.

Qualified applicants will receive a voucher to the selected veterinary facility and the pet will receive a spay or neuter, rabies vaccine (if needed) and pain medication.

Emergency Medical Assistance

Our emergency medical assistance program helps individuals who are on a limited income with their pet’s emergency medical expenses. Assistance is half the veterinarian’s bill; not to exceed $75.
